Send Us Files - FTP

Before You Begin

Please fill out the following form as completely as possible. It will be used to create the production ticket for your job.

• * Have your production file ready to upload, as well as a .pdf or .jpg proof of the production file for reference, or make sure you have sent us a printed sample for reference if applicable.
• * If color is critical, have any color call-outs ready. (PMS, CMYK, RGB)
• * Make sure you have read our production file artwork guidelines (Available for download on our support link).
• * Read the instructions carefully for each section.

 

Accepted File Formats

• * Adobe Illustrator, Freehand [ Latest Version ]
• * Convert all fonts to outlines.

 

Adobe InDesign [ Latest Version ]

• * Include all fonts and paced images, package for output and compress.

 

Adobe Photoshop [ Latest Version ]

• * .tiff and .eps files 25% at 300dpi.

 

Adobe Acrobat [ Latest Version ]

• * Do not protect document or send multiple page files for sign printing output.
• * Save each sign file as an individual pdf.

 

QuarkXpress [ Version 6.5 ]

• * Include all fonts and paced images, package for output and compress.

 

CorelDRAW

• * We do NOT take native CorelDRAW Files.
• * Please export them as .eps files before uploading.
• * Convert all fonts to outlines.

 

We do not accept:

• * Microsoft Publisher
• * Word or Excel files
• * .jpgs and .gifs taken from websites

 

Art charges may be incurred for converting these files into a working graphics format for use with large format or offset printing.

File names CAN NOT start with a "SPACE" or a "DOT" or you will not be allowed to upoad your files. Any executable files will be blocked. ZIP, SIT and SITx are the only accepted compression formats.
